Beta Testers!
As a beta tester of the Sign Supply Wizard Layout Tool (“Sign Supply Wizard Software”) you agree to allow Glantz to disclose your data from the testing to Principal Lighting Group (PLG). This may include the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by PLG anytime you interact with the Sign Supply Wizard Software. The Sign Supply Wizard Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guaranties of any kind, whether express or implied, from PLG or Glantz, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or that the product is fit for a particular purpose. In no event shall either party be liable to you for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Sign Supply Wizard Software. The layouts created using Sign Supply Wizard Software are for purposes of design and shall be used only as a guide to produce the finished sizes, appearance, and functions shown. The design shown in the documents is for estimation only. Nothing contained in these documents shall be construed as a design for any engineering element. The fabricator/sign shop/contractor shall be responsible for all structural, electrical, mechanical, and foundation engineering. The fabricator/sign shop/contractor is responsible for choosing products that are in the drawing. See Glantz Terms & Conditions and PLG's Privacy Policy for terms and conditions that apply.
