HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT
I am a current Glantz customer, how do I register (I have a Glantz Account #)?
Current Customers can find your account # on packing lists or invoices. Or, contact your local branch for your account #.
Click on Register at the top right of the home page. Select the first option and click continue. Complete the form and click submit. Once submitted you will be able to Start Shopping . If there is an issue with your form you will be able to browse the catalog. You will receive a notification that your registration is under review. We will complete your online registration and send you an email when your account is ready and you can Start Shopping .
I am new to Glantz and would like to open an account, how do I register?

A representative from the branch closest to you will reach out to establish your account. How do I update my information?
All account changes must be done through your local branch. Please contact your local branch to update your billing and/or shipping address(es), contact name, and email address. You can also email the updates to email@example.com.
What if I forgot my password?
You can request a copy of your current password by clicking on the Forgot my Password link on the login page.
How will I receive my order?
We have 24 locations throughout the US. If you are within our delivery area we will set you up on a route. You can view our routes by visiting our Find a Branch page and clicking on your Local Branch. If you are outside our delivery area you will receive your packages via UPS. Large and/or oversize orders can be delivered via common carrier.
Is there a delivery fee?
All orders under $100 (pretax) are subject to a $7.50 order fee. Your order may also be subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact your local branch with additional questions or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you deliver to my area?
All of our delivery routes are listed on our Find a Branch page. Please select the branch closest to you for a list of delivery routes.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, select Will Call when checking out to pick up your order at your local branch.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time, however if you use a US based freight forwarder, agree to take title to the product in the US, and agree to be responsible for the export/import transaction as well as the international freight charges, please let us know and we would be happy to work with you.
Where can I send my tax exempt form?
Your tax exempt form should be sent to your local branch. Their contact information can be found on our Find a Branch page.
If I order material that is not in stock in my local branch, when will it arrive?
We strive to have all the items on your order to you as quickly as possible. When you’re logged in you will note that we list the availability of a product in your local branch, the closest Distribution Center, and Companywide. If an item is not stocked in your local branch please contact your local branch for your options for receiving the backordered product. You can either call the branch or reply with your question to the order confirmation email that you received when placing your order.
How do I pay for my order?
At checkout there are two options. You can choose to pay with a Credit Card at the time of checkout or you can checkout using the terms for your account (Net 30, COD, etc.). If you are uncertain of your account terms please contact your local branch. Their contact information can be found on our Find a Branch page. If you do not have terms and would like to apply for credit please fill out the Credit Application.
Does Glantz build or service signs?
No, we do not build or service signs. We distribute sign supplies and lighting to the sign making industry.
Does Glantz custom cut or shear substrates?
Most of our branches offer custom substrate cutting services and/or aluminum shearing services. To see the services available in your local branch please visit our Find a Branch page and click on the branch closest to your location.
Does Glantz mix paint?
