Stazon Blockout Paint

 

Used on neon signs where portions of the tubing are to look non-illuminated; Very opaque (except for White which is relatively translucent), non-gummy, rubber based which will remain flexible and will not peel. Solvent based, quick drying, weather resistant and non-conductive. Non flammable with a flash point of 170° F.
