The following promotion is intended for residents of the United States only and will be construed and evaluated according to United States laws. Do not continue reading unless you are a legal U.S. resident, age 21 or older, and accessing these Official Rules in the United States.
N. Glantz & Son – 2012 Ford F-150 LEASE GIVEAWAY – No purchase or online entry necessary to enter or win. a purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 12, 2011 until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 8, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), you may enter the N. Glantz & Son 2012 Ford F-150 Lease Giveaway sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in any of the following ways: (i) automatically by purchasing $1,000 of AgiLight SignRaysTM from N. Glantz & Son, you will receive an entry for every $1,000 of such purchases during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) online by visiting the N. Glantz & Son website and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (iii) hand printing your name, complete address, phone number (area code included) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8-1/2 x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: N. Glantz & Son, LLC, Giveaway, 2501 Constant Comment Place, Louisville, KY 40299 (the "Mail-in Address"). Entrants using U.S. mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 3, 2012 and received by March 8, 2012. Limit one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted. All eligible entries will be entered in the Sweepstakes. N. Glantz & Son LLC, ("Main Sponsor") and ORACAL, as a Participating Product Sponsor (collectively, with Main Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the N. Glantz & Son website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; and any mail or entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of N. Glantz & Son and will not be returned. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning. CAUTION: Any Attempt By An Entrant To Deliberately Damage The Website Or Undermine The Legitimate Operation Of The Sweepstakes May Be In Violation Of Criminal And Civil Laws, And Should Such An Attempt Be Made, Main Sponsor Reserves The Right To Seek Remedies And Damages (Including Attorney's Fees) From Any Such Entrant To The Fullest Extent Of The Law, Including Criminal Prosecution.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 21 years of age or older as of December 12, 2011, except employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of
N. Glantz & Son and of ORACAL as a participating product sponsor (the "Participating Product Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win the prize. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Released Parties from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her receipt or use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from
the use of the vehicle or any travel or activity related thereto) awarded in this Sweepstakes.
Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
How the Prize Winner Will be Determined:
Prize Drawing: The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period by N. Glantz & Son at Louisville, KY on March 9, 2012 and announced publicly at the International Sign Association Show on March 22, 2012 in Orlando, FL. The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize Winner Notification: Main Sponsor anticipates that the potential Prize Winner will be contacted on or about March 9, 2012. The potential Prize Winner will be required to execute
an affidavit of eligibility, and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law), and return same, fully-executed, within five (5) days of date of issuance of prize notification.
The Prize Winner will also be required to provide a media package to Main Sponsor prior to March 15, 2012.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Main Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Main Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person or entity who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the N. Glantz & Son website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, N. Glantz & Son reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the potential Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry and such individual will be required to comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Prize: One (1) Prize Winner shall win the Prize consisting of a prepaid, 24 month lease through Ford Motor Credit Company of a 2012 Ford F-150 truck (approximate retail value $37,000), airfare for two (2) to Orlando, FL with hotel accommodations and $500 for expenses (approximate retail value $2,000) and a free vehicle wrap from ORACAL with an approximate retail value of $3,500. The above prize shall be conveyed to the Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by the manufacturer. Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value, licensing and registration fees, and for fulfilling all lien holder requirements. Prize winner must legally contract with the leasing company, Ford Motor Credit Company, and is responsible for all lease provisions including, but not limited to, insurance, indemnification, mileage, wear/tear and vehicle loss while in Prize Winner's possession.
General Prize Conditions: All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prize or the acceptance and use of any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the sole, exclusive right to modify, change or terminate this Sweepstake at any time and for any reason whatsoever and will be the sole determining party in selecting the Prize Winner.
Winner's List: Beginning on or about March 22, 2012 you may obtain the name of the Prize Winner either by going to the Main Sponsor's Website (www.nglantz.com) or mailing a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: N. Glantz & Son, LLC, 2501, Constant Comment Place, Louisville, KY 40299. Requests received after December 31, 2012 will not be honored.
